Deftones Tour: Live guide + video footage

Replace Diamond Eyes and Swerve City (my 2 least favourite Deftones songs ever) with any other song of theirs and that'd be a mighty fine setlist. A hell of an opening to a show though. Lotion and Lhabia. Nice to see them mixing it up. I find when they open with Diamond Eyes it's just kind of like "okay we all knew this was going to happen, let's move this along" and it takes a bit longer to get into the swing of things.

You know what..when you stated how much you disliked Swerve City, I tried to get on board with you. I didn't want to like it. It's so simple for Steph...nothing stood out to me, but after many listens walking to the bus, walking around the city, I totally love this song. I wish you could too :-)

Diamond Eyes is the most boring song of theirs in my opinion. By that I mean a song of theirs that I like but that I cant really listen to anymore because it's boring and I've heard it so much. Swerve City is my least favorite song on KNY, but it's awesome live, to me anyways, just a really great live song. To be honest, I woulda been fine if there were no songs frm DE and instead they played more songs frm ST, SNW or even KNY. But ah well, to me they can have the most repetitive setlist in existence and I'd still enjoy it because it's different in a live setting.
