Is it really 'sting'?
I just don't hear it, when I listen to the song it sounds far more like

Are the websites really correct? - they don't always get it right.

Basically "If you sting me, I won't mind" is saying that he wont mind if the bitch betrays him.

If I'm correct, the song was a about a sexually transmitted disease. "If you sting me, I won't mind" meaning that if the girl infected the guy with her disease, he wouldn't mind, since she's "his girl".

Haha... those booklet lyrics are shit. This picture, there's really only grammar mistakes, but still mistakes nonetheless. Although it was obvious, Chino told me himself that they're all bullshit...
