I'd rather say that I will never frown upon some bands like This Will Destroy You or Godspeed You! Black Emperor, but it's wayyyyyyy too difficult to choose ONE favorite band.

Haha. True true..whenever someone asks me what my favorite band is, there's always a long awkward pause. Haha I guess I should have titled this post "what are some bands you like" instead.. Aha

Thrice. They've just gotten better and better with time and is constantly evolving into something incredibly beautiful. They have always followed their hearts and just made ​​music that they are passionate about. Plus they always had a certain mystique. I broke down when I read that they will now stop.

All kidding aside, other then Deftones, I'd have to say it's a tie between Nirvana and Glassjaw.
