wow maybe I missed something here but it's never too late. U r not competing to have the biggest lubed cock for Deftones here with anyone here (99% of us anyways) most may know or experienced more or in some cases are technically more advanced to music alone  but doesn't take away from your excitement or feelings u get. didn't know Frank was Mexican till now thought he was Greek n somethin else. He don't even look mexican to me besides how he dresses. So then there is 1 total Mexican n 2 half? EAT A DICK! I give respect to those who show it. And while Deftones may be "new" to me (3 years isn't really new) Elitist douche bag fans are not new to me since i am a fan of many bands. And it wouldn't matter if i am a fan for 18 years or 18 minutes, I still bring energy and positivity because that's what this band does for me...and just cuz you too pussy to wake up and join me in my "bag of beer & party hat", don't hate on my shit! So...Old timers can get in on this blunt or step the fuck aside...just don't think for one second i will be held down.

Meh, I guess we're all sort of fanboys otherwise we wouldn't really come here. Speaking from my own experience, I feel like a acted like that a lot more when I joined the board 6 years ago. I was 15 when I joined and am now 21. My posts from when I first joined probably have a different tone from what I post now just because I was new to the band and passionate about them. I still am, I'm just not as willing to get into arguments about it. Not calling anyone immature or anything, just giving my personal experience. What it distills down to is that everyone is passionate about this band. Some in different ways and to different extents than others.
