As for the cover, It's minimalistic, but the colors are vibrant. Much like the rest of the single artowrk, and much like the album art/packaging itself. It's great.

As far as I know this single is just digital.  I have seen a few one track UK promos on ebay with the same artwork.  Example:

Well no. Play.com won't allow purchases from anywhere other than Europe.
