bar bathroom deftones hate

Just wondering, did anyone see Deftones when they were relatively unknown...

I never spoke to someone here who has seen them in like 1996...
I saw them on their first european tour in 1997.
That was pretty cool. They were so different then. It was from this show:

i'm pretty jealous that you got to see them at their best stage. i've still never seen them but it is a bit sad knowing if i ever get the chance to see them (which looks worse and worse all the time, since they never tour anywhere near me) it'll be the new era deftones and, sadly, probably not with chi. as the massive deftones fan i am i just feel like i'm missing a huge part of the fan experience.
