How do I get to hangout backstage with these guys?

I don't know how likely hanging out backstage is, but if you just want to say hi, it's easy. They are human. If you wait outside after the show, you're usually bound to see them. Even before the show, it's pretty easy to see them walking around the venue. The last show I went to, I went to put my phone in my car and saw Chino riding his bike around the parking lot.

i agree with the other posts too, just keep your eyes peeled...dont look around the crowds, keep your eyes on the people working around the place...they'll hang around tech's and assistants and stuff.

or like it was mentioned, you'll see them rolling around on bicycles or boards :p

Just hung with them, but Im like a fucking lottery winner. Im really good friends with Abes cousin. Known her since 7th grade (Im 24) and she now finally offers to get guest passes...  Amazing time.  Didnt see steph, but dont listen to what anyone says, theyre reallllly fucking nice.  Abe and Sergio were the shit, Frank was sort of quiet. Chino had some guests there for him, but came over to say whats up anyway. It was great, they hooked it up with some beers and snacks. Awesome guys.

I talked to some dude that had the VIP pass at the Cinci show and it sounded like it was a waste of money.  He said they signed a poster or something then maybe took a picture.  He said he didn't even talk to them.

the VIP pass was legit. i had really nice conversations with the band. they were really nice, attentive and patient.
got everything signed and a lot of pictures. it was amazing.

So I'm at the cleveland show right now front row waiting for deftones to come on. I paid 15bucks at the HOB just to get in 10 minutes earlier than the other GA. chino just played a song with this will destroy you. So how would I go about trying meeting the band or even saying hi?? (or anyone of that sort) .......nvm I guess I just have to be at the right place at the right time I guess....:/
