I am missing the Dortmund show tomorrow because of work. And I found out today I'm going to be working in London for the next month starting Monday - but obviously no tickets left (unless I try the MTV sale) then when the band is playing near my house in Germany I am at a wedding in London.

My tickets arrived today!  Its got a bit sayin photo i.d. required on them.  Now im 27 yrs old and hold no i.d. do i need to worry?  its the first gig of any kind ive been to in a long long time and they never used to say that shit on the tickets.  Plus i cant have my traditional deftones blunt in the crowd like in the old dayz.

Where are you guys hitting up before hand, pubs etc etc? i already live in south london for uni, so its not hard to get to this place.

do you know what the venue is like? last DT gig i went to i had to sit down. (forum last august) and that SUCKED.

From what I can tell, there is no seating at this place. Since it's at a Uni, it's gonna be in their performance hall or whatever. If you Google Image the place, you'll see a few other band performance pictures from it. It's pretty dang small!

I don't know what the plan is yet for me and my mates, but I know I'm going damn early, hopefully bump into the band and get to chat to them for a bit! I've seen Deftones 4 times now and I've met them every time but the fourth. But the fourth time we got to hear Rapture being rehearsed when we hung out back.

Anyway, my point is, they're the best when it comes to getting to meet 'em, so it's best to go down early. Have a few beers, chill, then go wait around the venue.

I've never worn any Deftones band tee's to the shows (I don't own any :$ haha) I think it's cooler, because it's not like a cult following. We're all brothers and sisters of the Deftones rather than followers
