Oh absolutely. A lot of people complained about Koko being in the hall of fame. But he seriously deserves it. Around '89 - '90, he was as popular as any face. Hogan, Savage, Wariror, you name it. People loved Koko.

But he really shone in the Memphis territory. Excellent face. Excellent heel. He really brought the best out of his oponents as well.
