English isn,t my first language so deal with it bitch. Employment assurance here in canada, we pay for it all year long and when we lose our job for other reason than simply sucking, it pays for our expenses during our job search, but it barely covered for my normal expenses so yeah, i was looking for a job 40 hours a week, doing many interviews, about 5 or 6 a week, thats not actually easy, and was working hard on my own  to learn new stuff about my profession so i'd be up to date in my field.... for me it was easier to work than looking for a job. so fuck you and go to hell motherfucker. Now i have a job and i might pay for those fucking tracks, i just think its a rip off.

You must have some serious issues to have failed to get a job in 20 plus interviews, assuming you were only out of work a month that is. If you were out of work for 3 or 4 months that means your stupid French Canadian ass failed to get a job in 60 to 80 interviews according to your own statement. Relax, I understand why nobody would hire you, it doesn't surprise me. You are a fucking moron. What shocks me is that you found an employer to hire you... I thought i wouldn't defend myself again but i will.
Did you know unemployment rate in Montreal was close to 10% in the last 2 months. When i got an interviews, they at least received about 100 cvs of other programmers...many of them with a lot more experience. Some gave me a chance, it just didnt work out for multiple reasons (being stressed at interviews, not knowing some technologies they needed etc) Even students have a hard time finding full time job at minimum salaries and many of them think about quitting school because they don,t have enough funds 9it was in the news). Finding a job right now in Montreal is not an easy task, especially in ITs for unexperienced workers, i got one now..i'm glad.

You should see Nova Scotia... I'm pretty sure i've sent out 10 or more resume's to random places and no replies.. rejections and even 1 interview that went horribly.

And my EI has been over since January..

i am a nova scotia too. jobs here are few and far between with shitty pay and much all around ass-ness. it sucks the balls.
