You just repeated everything I said man. I downloaded the album early but will buy it because I love the deftones. And the Lady GaGa line really makes no sense because I do not like her enough to buy the cd but I like the deftones enough to buy 2 copies. Sure, if the album was only released digitally, I'd buy it but seeing as I spent €15 already on the physical copy, it's insane to buy it again in bits & bytes. i think its fucking overkill when a band's label does that shit. like smashing pumpkins and Zeitgeist. How many was it like 4 different versions at 3 different stores plus the itunes. just so that a few months later they compiled all of them and released a "Deluxe" copy. Fuck that shit. And now they're releasing a "limited" signed booklet for DE if your pre order from newbury comics. It's like a big fuck you to the hardcore fans that pre ordered form the official site. I'm getting my pre ordered copy and a vinyl. I hope amazon has the bonus tracks otherwise i'm not getting three copies, especially not a digital copy.

I would not say I am trolling and I agree with everything you are saying, just not Deftones. They are my favorite band, I will go out of my way to support them. And yes, I know, they hardly see any of the money, however, the more records they sell, the more support they get, the more support they get, the more benefits we as fans receive. ie, more tours, more cd's (box set), more dvd's, etc.

If this album sold 2 million in 2 weeks I guaranfuckingtee you we would be seeing "entertain me" released into theaters within a month and we would be getting a box set release asap. It's all about money, the more money the label gets the more shit they try to sell us. Simple economics, that is why I will buy 3 copies, in the long run I stand to benefit for a paltry $50.
