I am kinda surprised that the label did not go with a "Deluxe Edition" or something similar with this release. Like when White Pony came out in numbered limited edition red and black cases. That nearly doubled the sales for the album. I know a few of us bought both.

Maybe pull a Mudvayne and throw in a t-shirt or black light to boost sales!

Maybe the itunes version will have several bonus tracks like Rammsteins "Liebe ist fur alle da" (Great disc by the way).

Agreed. However I think the best we will get is an extra track or two via iTunes. Seems like that is usually offered up for about 13 bucks along with a digital booklet to make up for not having a physical copy.

Rammstein also released that bonus CD physically, since I have it, some were great than others on the normal cd...
and as for Deftones, i think they'll release the album with 1 or 2 bonus or b-sides on iTunes only... i don't really see themm releasing a deluxe physical version of DE... but they can still surprise us, just one thing, no fucking mixes please!!
