Yeah it's Frank. I hear it a few other times during the song too, even in the low quality. Maybe it's my ears. Maybe not. We'll see tomorrow.

Those are just the chorus lines for one of the songs. That's like judging the lyrics on Adrenaline because the chorus of 7 Words is just "SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK!" Just wait till you get the album, then judge the lyrics.
