Yes, they do.  Major labels require exclusive recording agreements, meaning ANYTHING that Chino ever records, during the term of the agreement, belongs to Warner.  The only exception is occasional sideman performances that the label can approve (hence "feat. Chino Moreno" on Tommy Lee's record, Handsome Boy Modeling School, etc).
