I hope they arent waiting Chino to finish Deftones album.

They already have a bunch of finished songs. Not sure if they need to be mixed and mastered or whatever, but Chino has definitely already recorded vocals for them.

Chuck Doom has also been posting a lot of pictures with instruments on his Twitter page. Not sure what it means, though.

If I remember correctly the 3rd EP is already recorded (we've heard the snippets) so I HIGHLY doubt we will hear Deftones before Crosses.  I'm guessing we'll hear Crosses and Palms before Deftones but hopefully all three this year.  Fuck, I'm so stoked about this upcoming deftones record.

yeah everything from crosses has been recorded, but I think chino will prefer to have deftones material out first.
