Hey there, you snagged some good pics.  Glad you had a good time!  What's the story behind the Paul Gray poster (i.e. who was selling it, etc)?  Also, could you tell me more about the Deftones t-shirt.  I've never seen that one before.  If it's not too much trouble, could you provide closer/bigger pictures of the two bottom photos (stef and chino)?  I believe I took that photo of Chino, which is cool!

The poster wasn't for sale - It was on a big board, with other posters of musical legends that passed away this year, like Dio. I'm just a fan of Slipknot, so I thought I would share this one. The t shirt is from this tour so it's brand new. In my photoalbum there is a photo of the back as well. Let me know if you still want to see larger photos.

Quite a few of my photos are off the screens since I wasn't at the front, and I've photoshopped them later. So they're not originals as such but I took them all. You can tell from the picture quality that they're not original photos. But they're still off the show so I posted them anyway

Daniel P. Carter and Mike Davies were reunited again for a Download Festival Special. There was live music from Slash, Killswitch Engage, Deftones, Billy Idol, Them Crooked Vultures, Megadeth and Lamb Of God.

There was a bunch of interviews including Corey Taylor, Steel Panther Chino Moreno, Bullet For My Valentine, Liam from Cancer Bats, The Blackout and Rolo Tomassi.

The general vibe i'm getting is that a lot of the download crowd thought deftones killed the vibe before rage, apparently Megadeath had them really going, which says a lot about the lack of taste of these pricks... This is why i hate the amount of narrow minded metal heads that download and sonnisphere attract. It makes me fucking sick, I swear if it wasn't for the Deftones, who push the envelope, we'd be stuck with band after band after band pissing out contrived bollocks..........ughhhhhh rant over, seriously i hate staunch metal heads who only headbang to the 'heaviest' bands, who address the crowd as if they're WWE wrestlers.
