I think it's cool when guy's can admit that another guy is attractive....homo or no-homo. lol  I give people credit where credit is due,and if I don't like their voice I'm not gonna listen just because they're good looking. Kinda like Zooey Deschanel, I think she's ADORABLE,but her singing voice makes me wanna cover my ears and scream. But I guess if people genuinely don't like the band because of their sound...that's cool. No biggie. But don't hate cause of the looks.

in legal terms, does drum patterns plagiarism exist or is music plagiarism limited to the musical notes?

Technically, a drum recording can be plagiarized and prosecuted under copyright infringement - just like the guitar part of any song being replicated without permission (see: http://www.techdirt.com/articles/20081205/1146593034.shtml). 

The problem is many drum beats are very common and considered "scenes a faire".  This means they cannot be copyrighted, and their replication is permissible under copyright law.  You would have a better case for infringement if it involved a very unique drum beat played in a very unique way.  I think the programmed drums (that sound like steel drums) of Rx Queen would fall under this situation, as opposed to the live drumming.
