if i wanna to go to america
i had to do my passport things then wait for the visa (which is about 1 week or more)
then fly to usa (i donno how much time it takes)
then find a hotel, then go to the concert, then go back to the country
and these stuffs are so expensive

i love how most on this board are such fucking LP haters and Mike Shinoda ended up being the one playing anniversary live for the first time ever.  and he Fucking Nailed it!!!  haha

the one song we were all just dying to see live and a Linkin Park member was a huge part of it.  i guess it says the deftones have respect cuz they would have never asked him to do it.  Rick could have done it easily.

yeah, because no one other than Mike Shinoda is awesome and skilled enough to be able to play that monotone piano part.

I just realized how fucking amazing Linkin Park is, only because Mike fucking Shinoda manages to play that piano part.

oh my god, Linkin Park! *jizz*
pray nightfall release me
then i could wander, wander to deep sleep

Good review bro!  A couple comments....

knife party marked the first guest musician of the night.
rodleen chopped off her dreads, didn't recognize her at first.
this was somewhat disappointing, cuz when her part came, she was wailing into the mic, but we heard nothing.
not sure if the mic was off or if they fucked up the levels, but she was inaudible for most of her part til the very end, where it was kinda too late....
Not sure what you're talking about.  Vocals sounded fine to me...pretty mindblowing!!

street carp!!! fuckin street carp!
one of my favs...rarely played live as far as i know...can't for the life of me remember who sang back up vox on this one.
That was Ben Kenney from Incubus/Roots

and no ordinary love...jonah said "this has never been tried before...ever."
not sure if he meant his duet with chino, or whether deftones have ever played the song live....i'm sure ya'll know if it's been played before...i personally had never heard it live til tonight.
Yeah Jonas meant "live" before.  He was actually on the album version/cover of the song.

That photo is awesome, it looks like Chi is actually on stage playing. Sounds awesome. I definitely wouldn't call Dillinger "screamo" though. They may not be everyone's cup of tea, but you have to give them more credit than to call them a screamo band, haha. Damn, I can't wait to see some high quality bootlegs from this show.

i agree with most of you guys, the show was great. deftones were on point and i have seen them quite a few times now since the late 90's. i thought that far and the lead singer guy was kinda gay though, he is a little too obsessed with chino and is very awkward on stage. there were some mic problems with cypress hill when sen dog came out and with the chick on knife party. i thought the thin lizzy cover was tight...and they were a 70's band not 80's...most of the younger people have no music perspective and didnt know the song but mark from sugar ray did a good job.

but who was the long haired dude with a lynard skynard shirt on head up who did back up vocals?
