I'm actually not, but I can't share it for obvious reasons. It's really good. Also, PLZ NO PM'S ASKING ME FOR IT. I don't have anything to gain by admitting I have a copy nor do I want any attention from it. Long story short, the movie really is great. I wish it would get released, and I was actually (actively) trying to release it through my old record label. I spent 8 months trying to get it released.

it's not even that 'dark and depressing' - I just don't think the band was happy with it, and Warner wasn't either, so it just got scrapped. The band told the director they loved the DVD, then publicly stated otherwise. Meh.
