I think we have yet to hear that, correct me if I am wrong. Lucky you was composed by DJ Crook and Pink Cellphone was all chino. What would really be amazing is if Frank composes ambient and haunting beats and Chino is slowly singing on them and near the end it gets heavy. Something live Riviere.

Exactly! I was listening to Lucky You yesterday while making a sandwich and I thought "hey! Wheres a track that Frank shines on? Something to call his own?" They're saying that this album will be very diverse, so it might just happen!

I think Frank shines by having his subtle touch on the songs. That's what he's the best at. Take MX, Hexagram, Fireal, WGTB, Rapture... His little touch makes it all perfect. Remove Frank's effects from these songs and they'll lose 50% of their epicness.

I understand where you're coming from but gotta remember just because a Deftones member is in the side project doesn't mean they wrote 100% of the material.

But I think it would be cool to hear a track that Frank produced. Talking beat, synths, and whatnot.

agree, but there's probably a reason that we haven't heard an all frank track during all these years with him in the band.. he's probably best at just adding sounds to songs. but i think it would be interesting to hear a song he actually wrote... i'm thinking b-side though
