June 24th 2001 was one of the happiest days of my life.

The Forum. Kentish town. Secret show. Deftones. Blew my balls away. Second song Damone. At one point, Chino steals a hoodie off someone at the front, puts it on, mutters something about how you shouldn't buy bootleg shit. Then surfs out of the front door, goes round the back of the venue and comes back in. The show was a precursor to the famous Waldrock show a few days later. Whilst CHino wasn't quite as drunk, he was still all over the place.

And who remembers this from the last time the band played in london?

happy days.

Bring on August

Haha, I have the Kerrang yearbook that bit is from. Lucy to have been there man.

Yeah, nice pics man, good times, although what the fuck was going on with my hair? Haha

A reunion will be nice, altough it wont be the same without Tarkil... Although I bet he comes. He fucking came with a suitcase and shit last time. Hardcore.

tarkil

Damn, I wish I could, but that trip would be slightly longer and more expensive than from Paris.... Fuck, I really wish I could be in Europe around these days, I'd definitely be hitting the Amsterdam and London shows at least, but I don't see that happening....     :-\

There were still upstairs tickets left when I checked yesterday... I may even have a spare standing ticket.

Train son, the train.
yes, europe is small, that is easy to go to a lot of countries only by train!

Yes yes, Deftones, yes yes, heavy metal, yes yes, nü metal, yes yes, fucking queer, yes yes...

aj

I moved to Germany a few months ago from London, where every band touring Europe would play. My biggest fear since I came here was that the next time the band toured Europe, they wouldn't play my city here. As it turns out, I happen to be in London for a week the date of the gig. Perfect timing

Yeah they will probably squeeze one in, they will be in Europe and Germany is a great country for them to play in.

I'm not sure to be honest. I know at Brixton they have people guarding the doors to make sure people with upstairs tickets don't go downstairs... Me and my friend just ran through the doors and lost the person chasing us but it might be easier at the Forum. Haven't been there in years so can't really remember, sorry! Korn was the last band I saw play there...

Vesanic

Where are you now, Tarkil ?

Sugartolove

Yes!!
So is it hard to find? What's the easiest way to get there from somewhere like Victoria or somewhere central like that? Tube? Taxi? Train?
