i was going to take the time to reply to each new thread regarding all topics that mention chi......... but I decided to consolidate... i hope it gets to all who care.....

our brother chi is fighting... there is NO QUESTION on that topic... no question at all!

i talk to his mom daily.. sometimes 2 or 3 times a day... the woman is amazing but she needs help so i give it lovingly...  i also talk to his brother ming and sister mae regularly.. i have gotten to know his whole family... they are quite amazing... but it does not surprise me because of the way chi is....

great news today that chi lifted his arm a foot off the bed... yes an accomplishment! i sent him some artwork of a sacred heart that he focused on with his eyes for a long time the other day... another victory... he is eye tracking.... there was another nurse who was entering his room who happened to have a RUSH song as her ringer that went off and he started humming to the song... wow... our boy is fighting!

i happen to personally know what it is like to recover from a traumatic accident. the docs told me i would never walk, never have kids, be in a wheel chair my whole life..... i am walking.. had 3 kids.... fuck them basically...

i have faith in our brother chi,,,, ya i love all the guys,, absolutely...

talked to chino the other day,,, he and the guys were very thankful for all i was doing..,, i told him i would have done it for any of them cuz of how nice they have been to me and my husband ryan.,,,, of course i miss seeing all the guys on stage together,,, but i happened to have fallen in love with chi's sweet family on this journey...

the energy from what i have seen so far via youtube at bamboozle... they did great under the circumstancs.. but...it just isn't the same.. it's good and i am happy for them because i know chi would be too.. but it will never be the same without him...

and for this i give my life hearted devotion to chi's recovery... because someone has to.. and i want to... with all my passion i give back to him as he he given to others,,

much CHI LOVE to you all,... cuz love from him is like none other..(you are either born with it or not kinda thing)

My friend, which was also in a car accident more than 1,5 hears ago, also was in comatose for more than half of the year, then he started learning all the general things - talking, walking, etc, because his brain were just rebooted. Just like Chi he suffered a major head trauma.

Nonetheless he had progressed much now.

another thing i want to add is that the money we have all together raised via the website www.oneloveforchi.com i put up will be pretty much be paying for the hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber that will be placed in his room. this will make his recovery even more rapid.. so for those of you sweethearts who have given to our cause.. thank you... chi will have many thanks to you. he will recover...

It's werid how I have waited almost 9 years for my favourite band to play at Reading Festival yet one of the main members of Deftones won't be playing... But from the progress of Chi it seems he will be with us much sooner than we think.

Thanks for the updates Gina, I hope you continue them. I speak on behalf of all the Sharing Lungs members when I say we do think about Chi everyday. I know he wants to be up on that stage rocking out just as much as we want to see him up there rocking out. Just because Sergio has come along for the time being, it doesn't mean we stop thinking about Chi. That will never happen

thanks guys.. i will for sure never forget to update you on chi's daily victories.. i am going to go see him soon and will tell him how much you all love him. his mom told me also that a couple days ago she could not get him to wake and open his eyes as he typically does and she put on the CD of the get well messages from everyone that i compiled for him and he opened his eyes and listened intently... there is so much he is starting to do now.. i have much faith our brother will be back with us one day... how ever long that road may be... i will be there for him. he deserves that... and more.

yeah all  the updates are greatly appreciated. i know the tones are not about talking this stuff out, though knowing the effect that the call out had on the loveline show, i think it would not be a nice idea to get some press going in order to let people know where and how to help, the timming its kinda right you know they are coming back to the stages, and all this ming stuff trying to come up with benifit show, it all makes sense. anyways, hopefully things will start to roll nicelly. thanks gina, youre the best. greatings from the far south.
