Ok your post made little sense.  The original material the band had for Eros was apparently finished before Chi even had his accident.  Assuming they haven't changed (and won't change, future/present tense) it too much since then, then it's overall quality would not change whether it was released now, in the summer, or 6 months from now. 
But yeah I guess more people have time to download in the summer, especially high school students and whatnot.
