I loved mewithoutYou for their 'January 1979' and then whole 'Catch for Us the Foxes'.
Deftones by Lucky You actually. yes, I am absolutely lame for not being a hardcore Deftones fanatic.
Thrice by Red Sea, I suppose.
The Appleseed Cast by Steps and Numbers, which just blew me off that time.
Minus the Bear by Pachuca Sunrise.. which seemed absolutely beautiful then.
TOOL by.. ehm, I cannot remember. Parabol(a) I suppose.
dredg by Bug Eyes.
Oceansize by Music for a Nurse.
Sigur Ros by Takk/Glosoli, which exploded in my mind absolutely.
The Mars Volta by Son et Lumiere and Inertiatic ESP.

so much for it.

Deftones: Digital Bath/Change.  I just remember both of these being on the radio around the same time and just getting excited every time one of these came on.
dredg: Penguins in the Desert.  Everyone on this one board was talking about the band so I had to find out for myself.  At the time only Leitmof was out.
Coheed and Cambria: Welcome Home.  This song basically got me even interested in this band.  Prior to this I could not stand the band.  This would change.
Blood Brothers: *Random 'Burn Piano Island, Burn' songs*.  A friend was listening to them and was entranced.
Every Time I Die: Champing At The Bit.  Daryl Palumbo was guesting.  I had to listen.  Afterward I fell in love with the band.
Glassjaw: Hurting and Shoving/Tip Your Bartender.  I don't remember which one was first, but I remember loving the hell out of both of them.

Deftones - Digital Bath. I just thought it was the most amazing song ever. It has it all.
Team Sleep - Natalie Portman. Cool nice song.
Incubus - Pardon Me. The first Incubus I listened to was Make Yourself and the song that got me hooked was Pardon Me.
Tool - Lateralis. The first time I listened to it I was like wow.
Faith No More - RV. I thought It was a cool song to chill out, and now I love FNM.
Lovage - Sex (I'm a). Just cuz it is a fucking great song to make love to your old lady...
RATM - Killing In The Name. Til now everytime I listen to it, it makes me want to jump like a motherfucker all around the room.

Well i was writing this list a moments ago, but someone (!!!!!!) closed this page in a while i was absent, so i'll try to remember again... i had something like this:

Deftones - My Own Summer (Shove it) listened at first time on the Matrix Soundtrack... and then i watched on mtv videos like Change and Back to school...
Chevelle - The Red (as i was writing before, sometime back in the time in the shitty radio stations in my city, there was a program in the night that used to have good miusic, some things that i really liked, and in that time Chevelle had on the radio their single, The Red, and it was a complete hook, but i started to get more musci of them by the year 2004...
System of a Down - Chop Suey!, the first song i listened of them when MTv used to play good music....
Rammstein - Du Hast (also I liked it from the matrix soundtrack, but at that time i already have listened their Du Riechst so Gut '98  mix version...
Korn - Freak on a leash as well as Blind, by that time...
let me see what else...
Papa Roach - Between angels & Insects was, because at the beginning i didn't like to much Last resort but this band came into me...
The Offspring - The Kids aren't alright as well as the other Americana's singles... and Come out & Play...
Limp Bizkit - Nookie (!!!!) yes.... it was a good song...
Metallica - as many others, i don't remember what was the first song i heard by them but i'm pretty sure it was Nothing Else matters...

well... some minutes ago, i had more inspiration and i remembered more songs... but right know this is all i can remember... and will be back here as soon as i remember more...

and some other good things as well as old...

Pink Floyd - Sheep (Hell yeah! and Is there anybody out there as well as Let there be more light)
Radiohead - Creep in the first time, then the whole 'The Bends' album (specially Fake Plastic Trees)
Muse - Map of the Problematique, this song and this album made me a fan of Muse, as well as Assassin.... and before that, New Born...
Nine Inch Nails - Closer.... not completely a fan of NIN but they really like me....
The Doors - Gloria, People are strange
Slipknot - Wait and bleed

and since the list is going bigger again, it's better to stop now and remember when you mention something that i forgot.

and last but not less, and because this band has grown a lot lately,
Dillinger Escape Plan - Milk Lizard, the leak (of ire Works) posted in some of the pages here really liked me, so i decided to get more music, and remembered that some years ago i had listened Setting Fire to Sleeping Giants and panasonic Youth.
