HELP with some songs

Hey, hello to all of you...
well the other day (a long time ago i mean) was looking for the Slipknot's song, Purity in Ares, and i've downloaded this song, which I don't know who sings it and what song is, i would appreciate if you can't tell me the correct info...
I like the song, otherwise, i would have deleted this...

They seem to be Drowning Pool, but i haven't heard this song ever...

Hey you guys, i also have another doubt...
I asked a friend some years ago (back in 2003 or 04) for the Deftones's song Lovers, and he came out with this!!!

And since i liked a little the song, i wanted to know who sings it...
please, help would be good...
PS: The filename is at it was downloaded. Also if you look for it on Ares it's a big chance you will get the same song. So i get the genuine version in this forum, so thank you all!!
