Chi has to be completely free of infection for a period of time in order for him to be able to recieve his oxygen therapy. (Don't remember how long)
Since he keeps getting new infections, small or worse ones, the "timer" goes back to zero days without infection all the time, up to now.

He's also unable to start this therapy where he is presently, I think, as they wouldn't allow the chamber into where he is. I think that's what Gina said.. I'm sorry if I got that one wrong.

Hopefully he will get better soon so he can finally start his oxygen therapy

I know, and I wouldn't have bought one if it wasn't for the fact that it goes to Chi. If the money went to like a company or a shop or something,  no way.
I can't wait to get it though and wear it

i know.. but that is the usps rate for priority and sending any way less than that is risky... may never get it.

I have to pay  $28 for Chi to get his fair share - then I'm okay with paying it.
And if I didn't spend it on Chi, I'd spend it on something else..
