I noticed that as well... But if you think about it - almost $50 000 has ben raised for Chi, it's pretty good!  And that was mostly without the help of any big names but just from people who genuinly care about Chi.. Once he starts his oxygen therapy it's gonna be even greater! It's peoples hard earned money that they choose to spend on Chi instead of on themselves... It's pretty cool 

That alone shows how special he is.

Yes,but people are spending hard earned money on that dude in Lithiums link also. 50k isn't nothing compared to 850k,and it's not all big name acts that are donating. This is some dude named Eric De La Cruz....a theater actor with no fame attached to him. We're talking about CHI CHENG,kick ass dude and amazing musician,and he should have collected way more than what he's gotten. But maybe thats what happens when your fanbase is mainly stoners. It would be nice if Deftones would form some sort of packages like the NIN people have done.

It would be nice if we could get Trent Reznor to listen and endorse Chi - I bet a lot of the donations are because he is endorsing Eric. I'm happy for this Eric to have the money he obviously needs though! But if Trent were to mention Chi on Twitter like he has Eric, Chi might have gotten more money and maybe they would have found the cause of his trouble that keeps sending him back to ICU..........

i know guys... argh.... it is such an up and down fucking roller coaster... i talked to mom and sis today... he was resting well... just talked to mom he was still resting fine... they have just GOT to find what is causing these episodes.. the good thing is he is still breathing (no ventilator this time) on his own etc. so we really don't know right now what is causing this. talked to ming, chi's brother today also.. and what he said was "can we just fucking get back to dealing with the coma.. fuck!" these other episodes just suck. it is enough dealing with the coma... but this. can a brother get a break? let him just get back to dealing with waking up... *sigh*

well.. that is it for now.. and i am sorry i didn't come sooner but... i am doing the best i can. i know you all appreciate it and that is why i will always come back to tell you guys personally. you guys are the best.. seriously. keep the prayers coming please.... we will get thru this together.

i was thinking.. maybe.. i don't know... if we started like a "letter to chi's doctors" and had everyone sign it and give it to them so they can see how much he means to us....?? i am not saying they aren't caring for him properly - but hey... maybe a motivation to go above and beyond!???
