TRL was canceled a long time ago. haha  But I agree with Sharinglungs....if they didn't know who Deftones were or weren't into them then,they wont be in the future either. Hell....hardly anyone knows what the fuck is going on anyways since it's not a huge topic of discussion in the music world.

Because Metallica are head over heels better than the deftones. Deftones are awesome, Metallica are better.

Hate the band for personal reasons thats cool, but they've made some of the best metal ever.

lets stop the deftones/metallica talk in this thread. this isnt the place to do it. besides metallica isnt the enemy, they're a fine band(minus load re-load & st anger, those are horrible albums). if someone likes them better than deftones it's no big deal.

nickelback, & disturbed, now they're the enemy. they suck beyond belief, yet still sell insane amounts of albums. that pisses me off

To be honest would you really want them to go on if Chi didn't bounce back? I mean it wouldn't be the same band at all... It hurts to say or think this... But if he doesn't make it or isn't the same i would rather them release this last album and call it quits. I'm still praying and hoping. We still have faith in you CHI!

p.s. oh and i'm not a huge Metalica fan at all but please let's not talk about it on this thread.

Why does everyone think that the band will break up (even if Chi recovers)? I thought they were really happy getting over the SNW fighting and making an album like the older sound..

I could say i like Metallica slightly more than Deftones, just coz Metallica have released more cool stuff...and more DVD's and video's and stuff.

They have some kickass metal in their set too!!
