Ok that's a really creepy fucking picture! Looks like a pose from a casket...though I know its not.  Where's that from?? He cant be wearing a black shirt in the hospital?

I'm really trying not to be asshole, but it's obvious that this is old picture. If you just look previous page of this thread you will see that he's done a few tatoos  on his hand after this picture was taken.

Well every second in coma is too long, but maybe it´s better for him to stay in there for some more time, just not to risk anything unnecessary.
Updates from time to time are great though. Hopefully he´ll make it through this.
