Anyone remember the band Hum?

If so Hum : The Pod, really fits Deftones style I think....

I could see them more doing Apollo or Green to me, but covering hum would be a nice Idea!

I don't know what song they should cover, but obviously I would like to see it.

I'm going to come out with an odd one.
It's not exactly the deftones but with a member of the deftones.
I think Red Sparowes with Chino on Vocals should cover Kathy's Song by Red House Painters.
I know this is never gonna happen but for the instrumental i think Red Sparowes would be the best band to cover it and Chino would definitely be the man to lay the vocals.

This song just becomes so epic when it gets to 4:33.
this could be such an amazing one if covered properly.

I picture an old Metallica jam, one of the more pretty but darker ones like "Fade to Black" without solos or Jane's "Ted, Just Admit it" (Nothing's Shocking). I could think of other Jane's songs probably if I took the time, (one of my favorite bands) or even Beck or Prince. Oh! Jane's "Whores"! Or, "City".
