i noticed there is no topic on these guys, and i think they are great!
good music that is ever-evolving in sound and general dynamics of play.

saw them in new orleans about a month and a half ago and it was one of the better shows ive seen (ever)

great music and the new album in the it leaked thread is goodness

i really liked the first album,  the second album kind of blew in my opinion.  would I like the third album if i hated the second?

as i know they are in order as;

1st- its complicated being a wizard
2nd-  waiter: 'you vultures!'
3rd- church mouth
4th- censored colors

i like songs from all the albums but there are ones i prefer over others,
my favs are;

salt
our and in and in and out
new orleans
shade
sleeping sleepers sleep
bellies are full
bottom,the
*its comlicated being a wizard full album mix
*waiter:'you vultures!' (the entire album is good in my opinion)

I think the debut album is close to the weakest album.  The new album is wonderful.

I'll be honest. I listened to about the first half of the new album before I got bored and went back to the Poison the Well cd. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed some of it, "Work All Day" so far is my favorite. But I think it'll take me awhile to get into this, Church Mouth was the same way for me.

i like the bluesy feel to church mouth and this new one... still got bored with it just the same about half way through...

they could "experiment" more i think with song structure and all that jazz
