there's an icon for it in the quick start menu. or you just alt-tab just like in win xp. or maybe it's the windows key plus the tab key.

about vista though,  I FUCKING HATE VISTA!!

It completely crashed my computer, it constantly asked my permission to do the simplest tasks, programs fucked up all the time, it drained my computing power and my ram, it basically just sucked ass in every way

I even got my comp downgraded back to xp and i love it

I have Vista on my computer at work and I like it. I know it's not very stable yet and there's no way in hell I'm gonna install it on my home computer. there's a difference between just working with simple programs in Vista and playing games and such in XP.
