Well I just get one pic and while it tries to load another one it just stalls and that on both IE7 and FF so it might be something else.

Jesus Christ.  Try not to be so pathetically hopeful and wishful.  Its just a fucking picture someone thought was cool.  Probably because of the constitina wire (razor wire) going over the wall there giving it a real prison confinement atmosphere.  But that's it, just a cool pic that someone wanted to share.
