Nah, disagree ^^
First couple of listens I though it was very average, but it has slowly grown on me.
Now after about 10 listens I'm really rating it.
Don't get me wrong, aint no RATM, but put that shit aside. He was never gunna bring out something as good as that again, no one will. Just enjoy it for what it is.
It rocks IMO
