Anyone have the SBD from October 15, 2006 Koln? I lost it on my HD......I definitely remember that show being a SBD. Maybe it was  a rip of a web stream. Either way it was probably the best 06 show with a killer setlist

I'm trying to upgrade the quality of a few songs I have.  Does anyone have these in MP3 320kbps format or FLAC format (preferably ripped from a CD)?

I'm also looking for these Diamond Eyes B-Sides.  The files I have are VARIABLE kbps quality, and the volume seems a little different on each song.  Were these ever even released on an official CD? Or have they always been digital only?  I would just buy the CD if I can find it.
