Not that complicated, just download a torrent client, I use Vuze, when you click the download link and it ask you to open or save it, just choose open and it should automatically open up with the program.

I don't think so. Every time Iv'e tried to burn a DVD with those files they never let me burn them. Iv'e used nero since 2008. I always end up  having to just add just the VOB's . I think they are for the fan made menu and chapter selections. I usually just do all that myself since I don't care for a lot of the menus that come with the files. I notice after I burn a dvd they end up making those files anyway.
