Just uploaded some random stuff I had on my hard drive, here is from around the time the self titled album came out, they (deftones) posted a fake leak on file sharing sites.

Yo V, I was at this show. it was amazing. i saw them 2 nights in a span of 4 days on this tour. Saw them in Charlotte, NC then 4 days later at 90 club in DC. Great fucking show...one of my favorites. Then the next year I saw them 2 nights in a row at 930 club as well.

No, it's the only thing that has ever surfaced from that source.

I have the other source but some songs are missing and on YouTube, it's a mix, the sound isn't like that on the actual DVD.
