Quality: FUCKIN' A++++++, DUDE
Source: Zoom H2 @ 48KHz, 24 bit - Audacity (to break up wav files) - FLAC @ level 8 (RECORDED BY " INKSLINGER13 ")

Notes: First solid real concrete (call it whatever you like) show from 2010. Not least than SEVEN songs from Diamond Eyes played. Almost all of them were played a little too fast, though, but lots of other songs were too... I guess they were pretty fuckin' excited. In my opinion, Chino still needs to practice on some Diamond Eyes songs (especially Sextape which didn't sound really good, to me) BUT he's making more progress everyday, and the band itself sounds amazing. Prince sounded almost flawless. Deftones are definitely going back to their game. Except the songs from Diamond Eyes, no real other setlist surprise, except maybe Birthmark. Overall, dope, dope performance awesomely recorded.

Still... I MISS CHI. Vega rocks, though.

fucking great! thx!!

Someone commented on the torrent page, and said:

WOW! Thank you for sharing!! I think your recording sounds outstanding; very punchy and atmospheric. Great capture and thanks again for all your efforts in finding the sweet sound spot in the club and withstanding the beating you likely took from the ecstatic audience. I'm an old Deftones fan who was introduced to the Deftones at a club named "Club 369" in Fullerton, CA IN 1994. This was the pre-Arenaline days. Their Root and Nosebleed demo produced by Ross Robinson was making the rounds at this time. The Robinson versions of these tracks were recorded w/ more of the classic Robinson sound and differ sonically significantly from the Adrenaline versions. Anyways, Deftones were in the middle a bill that included opener hed pe playing only their second show, and Korn were the headliners, whose ST release had only been out for a few months. It was a night to remember, to say the least, at the tiny Club 369, which I think had a capacity of about 250 people. Not long after this show, advance tapes of Deftone's Adrenaline beginning circulating. My copy also included non-album tracks Teething and Quirk. Teething later appeared as a b-side on a cassette single. Teething was later re-recorded and released on soundtrack for the Crow City of Angels. To my knowledge Quirk was never released in any form. It is a Deftones original track that was occasionally part of their live set before and even shortly after the release of Adrenaline. I plan on sharing it here someday w/ some early videos a friend of mine shot back in the day from a few hometown (Sacramento) shows as well as footage from two shows from Utah(!!) on one of the band's earliest tours. But I have to find the time to actually transfer the material. I also have other audio from the early days, all of which I plan on eventually sharing here. Thanks again for the fantastic share, which also works as a reminder to me of the work I have to do to give back to the Deftone's community. My prayers are with Chi.

Cool shit.

Listening to the el paso show (thanks v!), and I just realized, not a single SNW song only 3 ST songs... Kind of odd. I get kind of sick of the old adrenaline and ATF shit. Not that it is not great but damn, one can only hear my own summer live so many times. I would much prefer more st and snw stuff...

I wish they would do some new live songs like deathblow. Would rather hear cherry waves, beware, battle axe, good morning beautiful or bloody cape. It was nice to hear WGTB though.

Crowd really seems to be digging Minerva at this show. Well everybody except maybe the guy screaming 7 words at the beginning. Seriously dude chances are they will play 7 words...

New shit sounds fucking dope live. Prince and YSTB are great.

Chino sounds great. He also seems sober and genuinely stoked to be on the road and playing new shit. I love how he teased the crowd about back to school. Super show.

Fuckin' amen to that. To me, because of Chino's vocal weaknesses, My Own Summer gets boring, for example. And not a single song from SNW ? Not good.
