Charlie spewing blood...at first I was like smirking in disbelief then I started cracking up, it was so damn over the top, I loved it, especially when Frank got it.

Also, loved the nods to previous episodes (Dennis' and Dee's crack addiction, the football episode).

Mac stabbing himself in the stomach with insulin was also hysterical.

WTF has happened to this show?  It hasn't been any good in a few seasons now.  I still watch it hoping for a turn around but it fails all the time.

Last episode was one of the funniest ever. So bat-shit crazy.

In 2 episodes this season we've had boiled denim, dead hooker, rum ham, gay hobo sex, and angel dust smoking. I think the show still has it.
