It's sort of sad this place was crazy busy when the leak happened. But now that the album is actually out there isn't like this crazy reaction going on here. lol. I'm glad I waited to listed but still sucks to not have pages of people posting their reactions on the actual release day. Just an IMO post.

So go back and look at the leak reactions, it's the same album.

strangely enough i'm just now having my first headphone listen straight from the cd to my ears. it sounds so fucking huge and awesome.


EDIT: also what's with all the (album version) things in the titles. mostly what's up with the (amended album version) of rocket skates? is it slightly different from the one on the single or somehting?

rolling stone will probably have a review next months issue

I won't be surprised if they give it a 2.5 / 3 star review - and I honestly wouldn't give it too much importance as rolling stone has the worst music reviews a lot of the times.  And if they give it a good review  - good for the Deftones - a little mainstream attention can't hurt at all!
