I actually heard Diamond Eyes single on the radio last night on my way back from Mammoth Mountain, except the dj fuct up when he said it's from their 4th upcoming album, but other then that it was cool just hearing it on the air.

someone said how the tracks flow into one another . i agree . some of the tracks if you repeat them almost sound like 1 long song also. some .  not all.

Never been into Pink Floyd, but You've seen the butcher reminds me of them and, despite my lack of love, I think it's one of the best and most innovative songs on DE.

I doubt it.  Interesting however, that both songs are about a 'lost' band member (assuming the Deftones song is about Chi).  I hadn't made that connection.  As much as I enjoy Diamond Eyes the song, it is not even in the same universe as Shine On You Crazy Diamond.

Ok now I really need the CD copy. There"s so many sounds on these tracks and the fucking bass parts are killer. But this crappy rip quality is starting to annoy me.

It is not so bad but I agree that the bass does take a major hit.

You're right, but actually posting the reviews up a month before the album is released is kind of early. I like seeing the reviews up when the album drops. just sayin'
