Yeah, just a bit of sarcasm on my part, glad to see all of you picked up on it so well.

true, but im sure everyone knows this album is coming together alot faster than the previous two. And i really hope that they are not just doing this because the fans want it out fast, but history has shown that Deftones dont need alot of time to make a bomb ass recored(Around the fur). I would also say Adreniline But that record was out fast because most of those songs have been around for awhile prior to them walking into the studio. Another thing i find interesting is that they are recording in thier own studio, to off set big time studio costs, yet they recored this one faster than almost any other, but as stef said they are recording on their time on their dime. so i hope this proscess is something they have learned from.  Anyway sorry for the computer screen sarcasm.

I chatted with Jeff Irwin (Will Haven) last night at their Paris show and he told me that Eros wouldn't be out before spring. The mixing has started, but without the band: Terry Date is doing it alone in Seattle. Probably a good thing, then the album won't be pushed back again. Hopefully.

Yeah. I expect it to come out by the end of this year or at least Jan of 09. I hope they reveal the album art and lead single in late October or in November. Glad that Terry is mixing it though. He is soo good.
