well i believe its not comming out till january. It could all be tracked and finished by oct or nov and it still wouldnt come out till '09. Universal will not let a Hard Rock/metal album be released during the thanksgiving and christmas seasons. Thats just marketing. So Deftones '09.

They are pencilled in to tour the UK at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb so they may play the rest of Europe after Feb.
