i agree with most of those. but i dont think he is on royal at least i hope not. because i want to see chino running around like a mad man during the live performance.

I also hear two guitars on Royal. plus we all know that the small solo part before the ending can't be Stef's.

seriously, this album grew on me, and it IS really good.
beats SNW totally. I really dig the more "sweet" vibes, but I also enjoy Risk, CMND/CTRL etc, cause damn, those are nice rocky sounds. And it's weird how Rocket Skates also grew on me and now makes complete sense. Good album, people, good album.

im also digging rocket skates more now, when it first leak i was prone to skipping it as it was old news, now everytime that opening riff kicks in it's really refreshing, raises the tempo nicely.

I listened a lot to Rocket Skates before the leak and loved it all along. when I finally heard the leak I thought I would be sick of it, but it fits in so perfectly and only got better. it's definitely one of the best songs on the album. kinda the same with Diamon Eyes - that one I didn't really like that much before I heard the entire album, but now that I hear it together with the other songs it totally kicks ass. such a great opener.
pray nightfall release me
then i could wander, wander to deep sleep

Agreed i  didnt like diamond eyes that much when i first heard it but the way the it leads into royal its awesome. And rocket skates i got tired of it after a little while. but it is an awesome song. when your driving while listening to it how can you not drive fast?

My thoughts exactly! I could not have said it better myself.

i read this in the Spin magazine :One of Moreno's favorite tracks, "Rocket Skates," is a "heavier" tune with "beautiful yet violent imagery," that has "a fantasy vibe" similar to "Knife Party," a hit from 2000's White Pony. But another newbie, "Nylons and Suspenders," marks a first for the 20-year-old band.

"Musically, it's something that we haven't done before," he explains. "It's very... sludgy, like a chainsaw-type of riff but very slow. I shouldn't say this, but it's clunky... in an awesome way."

I`m sure he`s talking about You`ve Seen The Butcher.

Every review that's been posted so far seems pretty darn good. I just hope the big name magazines don't give them crap reviews.
