That's exactly what I thought and came on here to say. plus they've got Scott Olsen, who's a good engineer no? This sounds almost too good to be true, but I'm glad it is...

it seems like, they are filling the blanks in a good way. Terry Date is a great producer and a friend, also Scott (i don t know him) is the engineer of WP (my fav record). So...maybe we can have here a new masterpiece.

As much as I like this guys to be around for the next record, I think that if any masterpiece is to come depends the deftones, and not outside people.They may help getting closer, though.
