I like flower tortillas.  Could never do the corn thing.  Which sucks because in New Mexico everyone tries to act like they are actually mexicans.  So everyone uses corn

tex mex.  Its like the kind of tortillas they use for buritos usually.  Like taco bell or something.  They can be really, really good if they are made right.
