pretty nice day here. time to drink whatever is in my fridge today.

my girlfriend loves this stuff. it's alright. nowhere near my favorite but pretty tasty. i prefer a bit of a thicker tasting fuller beer (usually a nice ale), but it's italian so what're ya gonna do.

IF you ever happen to find your way to the Devon England, look this up:

The great thing about beer: no matter where you're from in the world, the best beer usually comes from your local brewery, or at least from your native country. I had so many beer related discussions with people from different countries, and everyone thinks they got the best beer in the world.

I finally started homebrewing back in June.  I'm actually bottling an autumn seasonal today, my third batch so far, the first being a red ale, second an IPA.  The empty bottles are in boiling water to be sanitized as I type this.

Been drinking a lot of Guinness lately.

Love that shit.

As of now the red ale is named Dry Spell Red Ale as it was brewed with jalapenos and habaneros, the IPA is named Get Lei'd IPA as it was brewed with pineapple, but I'm not sure about the seasonal I just bottled.  It was brewed with pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla and toasted pecans.  I'm thinking maybe Slice of the Pie Ale.  Next I'm hoping to brew a mint chocolate stout for the Christmas/winter season.

Cool names man. Is your seasonal an Oktoberfest?
