Just wondering if anybody knows if there's any more footage than this. ! No longer available Rehearsal footage from '97 before the recording process of Around The Fur.

Whoa, never heard that last song. That's a new/unreleased one right?

Yeah, it's called Bumble D. It's a shame that never made it to the album.. If I had to guess its was probably Chino's vocals for the reasons it got cut from the album, to me they're the weakest point of the song. Stephens riffs are dope; I mean that palm muted main riff with that harmonic in between it is pure fucking Deftones, and Abe's drum performance is so catchy and has that hip hop groove to it.

Yeah, definitely his older style of singing that they ditched after Linus.

I asked Stef in the past about this one (in Luxembourg in 2003), and I think I remember he said it never got proper lyrics/vocals from Chino would stay at this unfinished, non-song state unfortunately.... Too bad as it does sound extremely awesome indeed !!!

I'm sorry but bassnectars remix of "Prince" is phenominal. Would love to see that live

The Great Discord - Cherry Waves

Oh it starts off so perfect and the buildup is fantastic but it loses it on the chorus's otherwise it would be brilliant. Why she goes "youOUouOUouOUouOUouOUouOU" for so long I don't know why. It's not a change for the better.

That sounds like Dai the Flu to me. Listen to the chorus.

Can't think of any better way to open a Deftones show ::)

Just read a review about the new EP from the band The Great Discord called Echoes, they told that they cover Cherry Waves on it, i gave a listen then, not a bad cover.
What do you think of it?

I've never really been a big fan of the song in the first place but they did a good job of staying true to the original. Their production, as much as I hate to say it, probably surpasses the original.
