And can someone tell me why the hell he has costum made bodies of Louis Vuitton; that's a popular (handbag) brand among trendy girls if I'm not mistaken.

Coz he can decorate his guitar in any way he wants to! why else? maybe his girlfriend gave him the idea. work it out for yourself why he has that design.

his sound involves nothing that needs a fender... if he did use one by the time he's made it his 'own' there's really no point in him having a fender.

Stefs esp costs 2800 not 1300 which is the ltd version.  Stefs 6 string guitars cost 2400.    They are esp's not ltd's.  Big difference.

i bet he uses different guitars in the studio, everyone uses whatever sounds the best for the record. and there are a lot of parts in deftones songs he could have used a fender for.
