Deftones - My Own Summer, Be Quiet And Drive, Change, and Back To School (...) got me super interested, Digital Bath got me hooked. been addicted since.
Tool -  Schism, Parabol/a first songs I heard from them, and even after acquiring all their music, are still some of my fave tracks
Kyuss - Demon Cleaner got me interested, Asteroid got me hooked. Been addicted since. lol
Glassjaw - Ape Dos Mil first song I heard by them, got me interested to acquire more songs by them, now it's one of the few songs from them that I can't stand listening to anymore lol it's too pop-sounding compared to every other song they did.
Isis - Constructing Towers got me interested & hooked.  Haven't looked back since, nor do I want to.  I love this dark heavy and loud transcendence through sound shit.  Perfect mix of technology and primal screaming/yelling.  Neurosis opened the door to drone/sludge/post-metal/post-rock music for me, and Isis made me love it.
